Application Engineer- Steam & Condensate

We are hiring an Applications Engineer to join the Steam and Condensate Department. This position reports to the North American Sales Manager and will organize and function as a direct contact and interface with the representative and customer both before and after a sale.
Key responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to:
Representative/Customer interface both before and after the sale
Product application and troubleshooting
Member of product development teams for new products
Product training to our representatives
Provide sales quotations
Seminar product presentations
Handle service calls
Job Qualifications and Education Required:
BS degree - mechanical engineering preferred
Excellent face-to-face, telephone, and e-mail communicator
Technical problem solver
Effective and professional presentation skills for small seminar and training groups
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Enjoys a team atmosphere
Basic computer knowledge - Word, Excel and e-mail
Location: Three Rivers, Michigan
